Ulrika Dellrud joins Smarter Contracts as Strategic Advisor

Smarter Contracts, the company behind the next generation consent management platform, Pulse, welcomes Ulrika Dellrud as a strategic advisor.

Dellrud is the Global Chief Privacy Officer for PayU - a global payments service provider owned by the Prosus Group. Dellrud is also a long-standing leading Member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) to which she currently contributes as a member of its Women Leading Privacy Advisory Board and the   Certification Advisory Board. Prior to joining PayU, Dellrud spent a number of years in executive privacy and legal   roles with Oracle, Novartis, Iron Mountain Europe, and General Electric as well as in private   practice in Belgium and the United States. Dellrud, as Swedish and US qualified attorney, is a member of the New York bar and a Member of the Executive Committee of the Georgetown University of European Law Alumni Advisory Board. 

Dellrud brings a wealth of legal, regulatory and privacy experience to Smarter Contracts at a time when the company, founded in 2018, is at an important stage of growth following their recent equity investment valuing the company at £32 million.
